Ernie fell into the water in his sleeping bag so he drowned. so he became very seasick. Shack pulled him out and saved him. The men needed shelter or they would freeze to death. They found a cave to get warm. They turned their boats upside down. They walked back to their first camp. the ship turned over. the men jumped overboard. they bailed the water out. when a huge graybeard hit so The Caird filled with water fight to keep afloat and finally land. abandon the ship. turn back to Elephant Island. The men were hit by a hurricane and they had to make a toboggan and slide down the mountain. call out for help. Night was coming and the men were on a mountain peak so they had to camp out for the night. The men came across a 30 ft. waterfall. They gave up and went back. They waited for a rescue team. They lowered themselves with rope. |
