Identify the resulting quadrant or axis after arotation around the origin with the givendegree of rotation.

Notice that every 
90 degree rotation
swaps the X and Y
coordinates and 
takes the signs of
quadrant the point
falls in.
1) Every 90 degree turn swaps the X and Y values.
2) Every 90 degree turn moves a point into the next quadrant.
These two observations give you a two step method forrotating a point 90 degrees around the origin.
By now, you should have noticed two things.
Step 2:
Step 1:    Swap the X and Y values.
Rotate P (7,4)  around the origin 90 degrees CCW.
Identify the quadrant the image 
will end up in, and apply that quadrant's
sign rules to the point.
